Asheville is a wonderfully diverse and unique American city. Its distinct sense of style and personality deserve to be expressed in many forms. With vivid imaginations and the colaboration of local artists and internationally renowned architects, we are creating buildings and communities that inspire and celebrate our rich culture.

Sustainability and the New Urbanism

30% of our nation's resources are used to build and power homes and other buildings;
30% more than that is used to transport people back and forth between those buildings.

We love to use recycled and salvaged materials, energy-efficient building techniques, and are even working toward implementing commercial-scale rainwater catchment systems and site-made compressed earth block. We understand, however, that true sustainability requires a comprehensive, integrated approach. We are dedicated to reclaiming Asheville's areas of urban blight and transforming them into inspiring, walkable communities; places that provide a lifestyle without the need for a car.
